Modern Yellow + Gray Wedding in San Clemente, CA

I think yellow and gray is still my all time favorite color combination! Captured by CHARD Photographer, Dana and Jesse were married this past June on a gorgeous, sunny day in San Clemente, California. The ceremony location, a little hidden gem simply called The Historic Cottage, was perfection. A crisp color palette of bright yellow and neutral gray was used throughout the attire, paper goods and decor. I love that the groom’s band, “J. Thoven” played during both the ceremony and reception!

A few words from the bride:

The inspiration for our wedding is what I would call modern whimsical. I wanted to keep things pretty simple yet bring in aspects our personalities and I had to include my favorite color yellow.

  1. Oh Wow! This is absolutely beautiful!!! Every detail is so unique and amazing! I love your style Dana….

  2. beautiful!! I was having issues pinning the photos, and the jcrew link for the bridesmaid dresses was incorrectly linked.

    1. Hi Sarah, glad you like this wedding! Thanks for letting me know about the link…it is fixed now. I will look into the pinterest problem. My browser bar pin it button is working, but the image hover button seems to be having an issue that requires some investigation.
