So, once again my posting schedule is a day off! This gorgeous Brooklyn wedding, captured by Sarah Tew Photography, is bursting with simple modern details. Cheryl and Brian were married last July in St. John’s Church in Park Slope. A fun double decker tour bus transported the guests to the cocktail hour. While the couple slipped away for a few photos, the guests were treated to refreshing mojitos at the PowerHouse Arena. This venue is a bookstore and event space in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Cheryl and Brian met while volunteering at Housing Works, so Housing Works was a natural catering choice. A palette of bright blue and yellow provides pops of color in the white reception venue.
