Today’s wedding is packed with joyous, colorful details! Captured by Ashley Therese Photography, Julia and Daniel were married this past June under a soaring glass roof in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The couples’ first look ended in them laughing and swing dancing as they practiced their first dance together in a silent room. Following the signing of the Ketubah with their grandmothers and family, flower petals were strewn down the aisle in preparation for their ceremony. Julia, a graphic designer, and Daniel, an architect, used their expertise to transform the University of the Arts building into the perfect setting for their ceremony and reception. Peacock blue bridesmaid dresses, vibrant florals and rich citrus linens created a wonderfully colorful atmosphere.
On Julia and Daniel’s love story from their photographer:
Just 3 months into their dating relationship the day they had both been dreading came and Daniel drove Julia to the airport. Her bags were packed and she was ready to begin her adventure studying abroad in Shanghai, China. As they embraced one last time Julia told Daniel he better come visit. With his promise that he would, she was on to a new chapter she hoped Daniel would be part of. And what do you know, Daniel eventually found himself on a flight half way around the world to be with the girl that had capture his heart a few weeks later.
