I adore the “fiesta” theme of this colorful bridal shower! Photographed by Snaps and Scribbles, Nicole’s family enlisted the help of Jordan Event Studio to design a co-ed bridal shower for close family and friends. Being that Nicole is half mexican, they decided on a shower with fun fiesta vibe. Guests were welcomed with the authentic Mexican sounds of Pepe and Jorge and enjoyed sangria, horchata and watermelon agua fresca. A salsa bar with five different types of salsa and even guacamole was a highlight of the event! A few more details:
“Jill and Kristine of Jordan Event Studio customized a lot of the elements seen in the décor. We found the vibrant Mexican oilcloth from (Michael Levine) and custom cut and sewed it to a runner measuring over 30 feet! We also hand made the paper flowers, which we placed in front of each seat with the guest names. The custom Papel Picado banner was designed by Joanna from Waterfall Creative. After Joanna designed each banner, we cut and sewed the designs to add the pops of color to the food, beverage and cake tables. Joanna also designed the taqueria menu, seat card names, candle favor tags as well as the food labels. Ashley of Floracopia used peonies, dahlias and ranunculus in varying white trough-like vases to add even more pops of color to the tables. The flowers were so gorgeous that we had to use them as hair accessory for the bride-to-be.”
