This surprise proposal is so sweet and genuine! Kurt contacted Dina of Sam and Gertie Photography to document his surprise proposal to Brittany, his girlfriend of six and a half years. The couple recently moved to New York City so Brittany could attend graduate school at NYU. Since Brittany is a writer, Kurt proposed on the literary walk in Central Park near the sculptures of Shakespeare, Robert Burns, and other great writers. Dina started snapping photos as soon as the couple was in sight, and Brittany had the cutest reaction when Kurt made her aware of the Dina’s presence! Following the proposal, the trio wandered around the park for a few more engagement images.

What a beautiful setting for a surprise proposal!! Captured by Lindsey Gomes Photography, Laura and Tim headed to Pismo State Beach in California for their annual Christmas card photo shoot with their adorable dogs. Little did Laura know, Tim had contacted Lindsey weeks earlier to let her know that he planned to propose to Laura during the session. He had a custom ring made, and when they found a spot with gorgeous light streaming through the tangled trees, Tim got down on one knee and popped the question. Laura said yes! The couple has an amazing set of images to remember this very special moment in their lives.
