Breezy Sailboat Engagement Session in California

Despite the snow coating the ground today in Virginia, I am ready for spring… and better yet, summer! This engagement session is filled with easy, breezy summer images that make me long for summer even more. Captured by Melissa McClure Photography, Dana and Lake spent a day of the coast of California on their sailboat. The couple races their sailboat every weekend, so it was the perfect choice for their engagement session. They both look so comfortable out on the water, and very in love!

Real Engagement: Sharmin + Nam in Dallas

I love the uniqueness of this session’s location and inspiration! Captured by Ben Q. Photography, Sharmin and Nam headed to a private jet hanger in Dallas, Texas for their high fashion, jet-set inspired shoot. The couple chose a “jet setter” theme for their engagement session because they both love to travel and enjoy being up in the air. Nam even proposed to Sharmin at a hot air balloon festival! Sharmin looks gorgeous in a variety of outfits comprised of designer clothes, handbags and shoes, while Nam looks super sharp in coordinating suits and blazers. Real Engagement: Judy + Dan in California

Wow, there is such beautiful scenery and light in this engagement session! Captured by Stephanie Haller Photography, Judy and Dan spent a Spring day wandering the many landscapes of the Marin Headlands Center for the Arts in Sausalito, California. Along with their dog, Ruby, the couple played on the beach and spent much time laughing and enjoying each other! Judy met David during a UC Davis study abroad program reunion in Pennsylvania. It was love and first sight and they continued a long distance relationship until Dan made the move to San Francisco for culinary school. The couple was married this past April at the San Francisco City Hall with a reception at Foreign Cinema; seven years after they began their love story.
