Real Engagement: Noel + Nick in NYC

I was so excited to see this engagement submission in my inbox! It incorporates many of my favorite things: fashion, city streets, and gorgeous studio images. Photographed by Thaddeus Rombauer Photography, Noel and Nick spent a day in New York City decked out in fabulous outfits. They took a ride in a classic yellow taxi and a stylish convertible, wandered along the city streets and posed by the river. After taking some urban, outdoor images, Noel and Nick headed to Thaddeus’ office for a few wonderful studio shots. I love the combination of pristine studio images and gritty city scenery!

Real Engagement: Sharmin + Nam in Dallas

I love the uniqueness of this session’s location and inspiration! Captured by Ben Q. Photography, Sharmin and Nam headed to a private jet hanger in Dallas, Texas for their high fashion, jet-set inspired shoot. The couple chose a “jet setter” theme for their engagement session because they both love to travel and enjoy being up in the air. Nam even proposed to Sharmin at a hot air balloon festival! Sharmin looks gorgeous in a variety of outfits comprised of designer clothes, handbags and shoes, while Nam looks super sharp in coordinating suits and blazers. I can’t get enough of the delicate detailing of Sarah Seven’s Spring 2013 Bridal Collection. Typically traditional beading and lace are combined with fresh silhouettes to create a collection boasting modern simplicity. The designs are quite feminine without appearing to puffy or overdone.
