I love the creative lighting, locations and compositions of this modern engagement session! Captured by Calculated Style Photography, Liz and Zico spent a day last March wandering the historic Distillery District in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The couple brought their dog along for the walk, incorporating him seamlessly into their shoot. The mixture of brick textures, dramatic lighting, and a loving couple creates a series of gorgeous images!

Real Engagement: Ellen + Jason in Dallas

This engagement session is filled with lovely urban colors, textures and landmarks! Captured by Lauren Reynolds Photography, Ellen and Jason spent a winter day walking down the new Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in Dallas, Texas before it opened for traffic. This new bridge is sure to become a Dallas icon and it creates a wonderfully architectural backdrop. Next, the couple headed to the newly finished mural by artist, Shepard Fairey, for a few images with this contemporary piece. Ellen and Jason will be married this coming October in Dallas.

Real Engagement: Princess + Giovanni in California

I really love the bride’s bold royal blue dress in these modern engagement images by Simply Jamela Photography. Princess and Giovanni spent the day wandering the Artist Village in Santa Ana, California. A variety of urban scenery, including a graffiti covered staircase, murals and rough brick walls, provide a glimpse into the city’s beauty. The couple also posed with their amazing vintage Porsche. Princess and Giovanni look so happy and in love in these beautiful images!
